Day 1: Bali Arrival
Halo! Welcome to Bali - the Land of Gods and Natural Wonders. Today, arrive at Bali International Airport and meet with your guide and driver before making your way to your hotel. After settling into your hotel, enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. You can stay in the hotel and enjoy the services or wander around the street to explore the city.
Day 2: Explore the South of Bali, Day 1st
Start your early morning with a drive to the eastern coastline of Bali before making your first stop at Kusamba Village, renowned for its traditional sea salt harvesting methods. Continue on to Goa Lawah Temple – otherwise known as the “Bat Cave” – and see more than 10,000 bats hanging overhead.
In the afternoon, enjoy a short two-hour guided trek around the village of Kassala, through surrounding rice paddies and plantations, and finishing at Tenganan ‘Bali Aga’ - the home of Bali’s original inhabitants.
Finish the day in Candi Dasa, where you will spend the night.
Day 3: Explore the South of Bali, Day 2nd
After breakfast, travel northeast to Pasir Putih, also known as “Virgin Beach”, which means ‘white sand’. Here, relax and unwind on the beach, take dips in the gentle surf, or simply listen to the sound of the waves crashing on the sand. Hire snorkeling equipment or explore the coral reefs or if the mood strikes, rent a day bed for an afternoon siesta in the sun.
Afterward, head east through Amlapura to the Tirta Gangga, or “Water Palace”. Here, settle down for a delicious lunch provided at a local restaurant with a view that stretches from the palace’s expansive grounds, across the ocean to Lombok.
Day 4: South Bali – Ubud
After breakfast, make your way to the beating cultural heart of Bali known as Ubud. On the way, make pit stops at the villages of Mas, Celuk and Batu Bulan where you will have the chance to watch Indonesia’s best craftsmen at work. Watch as silversmiths craft intricate jewelry by hand before picking up some souvenirs in the gift shop. Then, make your way up the hill and stop to enjoy amazing vistas of Mount Batur a still-active volcano.
Afterward, head down to your hotel to spend the night.
Day 5: Ubud - Kintamani
Take a scenic drive this morning to transfer to Kintamani where we spend time get a real taste of the countryside. Your private car will give you a window to a beautiful village. Here you will also visit a mystical temple in Tampaksiring where you can see Hindu devotees doing their purifying ritual in the Fountain of Youth.
Afterward, recover from your early morning sightseeing with a relaxing dip in the Toya Bunka Hot Springs.
Day 6: Kintamani – Lovina
After breakfast, traveling from Kintamani to Lovina with a stop at Pura Puncak Penulisan, Bali’s highest temple located on the summit of Penulisan Mountain (1745m). Climb the 336 steps to the temple before learning about its fascinating history.
Then, make your way to Pura Beji “Beji Temple”. Built-in the 15th century, it is thought to be one of the oldest temples in Bali.
Day 7: Lovina Discovery
In the morning, rise early before venturing out on the ocean before sunrise. Here, watch the sun slowly emerge from the horizon as wild dolphins launch themselves into the air and back in the water. With your guide, look out for Lovina’s five native species of dolphins that congregate along its shores.
Afterward, head back to shore and enjoy a hearty breakfast, before spending the rest of the day at your leisure.
Day 8: Lovina – Menjangan Island
In the morning, travel approximately 1.5 hours by car along Bali’s northern coastline to Mimpi Banjar. Here, collect your snorkeling equipment before heading to Menjangan Island, renowned for its turquoise waters and brightly color reefs. Explore these underground habitats with tips from your local guide before heading back to the mainland.
In the afternoon, travel along the coast of Seririt to Banjar Hot Springs. Here, take a rejuvenating dip in the warm water and soak in the natural nutrients and minerals in the water.
Head back to your accommodation in Lovina to spend the night.
Day 9: Bedugul – South Bali
After breakfast, set off towards South Bali via Git Git Waterfall, located a short hike from the car park. Enjoy a relaxing dip at this secluded plunge pool before continuing on to Ulun Danu, otherwise known as “Goddess of the Lake” temple. Located right at the water’s edge, it is one of the most photographed temples in Bali.
In the afternoon, head to a local restaurant for a scenic lunch overlooking the mountains and lakes Bedugul. Next, make a quick stop at Candi Kuning, a traditional fruit and vegetable market, for some fresh fruit, before heading to your hotel in South Bali.
Day 10: Bali Departure
